Hi Hotel International Hamburg

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was great, nestled next to a beautiful park where I could go for a run in the morning since the fitness center was closed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wonderful sauna and swimming pool that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues that arose. The breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious food in a lovely setting.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a residential area, close to the city center. The bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The service was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good range of options and was replenished regularly. Additionally, the hotel had a pool and sauna for guests to enjoy.

One negative aspect was that the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Clean room, comfy bed, and great view. Facilities easy to use. Could use still water in minibar.

Conveniently close to the highway and easy to find. the hotel had a lively atmosphere with a nice bar on the ground floor, great for meeting up with friends or colleagues. the staff were friendly and provided good service.

The rooms were a bit worn down and could use some updating. the WiFi access was not properly communicated during check-in which caused some inconvenience.

The staff were courteous and friendly, swimming pool was gorgeous, restaurant and room service were great, and the views from the upper floors were stunning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my New Year stay, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and great location. the hotel offered an EV Tesla charger which was a big plus for me, as I was traveling with an electric car. the executive room that I stayed in was really nice and well-appointed. the hotel's proximity to various attractions and amenities made it very convenient for exploring the city.

To my experience. the EV Tesla charger automatically turned off after 6 hours, which was inconvenient as I had planned to leave my car charging overnight.

We appreciated that it was only a 40-minute drive from the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities provided. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink we received upon arrival.
